Dear Friends in Christ: Message for you.
“I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.”
• Who sends down the rain upon the earth? Who scatters the showers upon the green herb? Do not I, the Lord? What would the ground do without the rain?
• Even so, our lives depends upon the Lord for his mercy and grace. What would we do without Him?
• It is time for God’s people to look to Him, because He wants to shower His blessings on His Church.
• All kinds of blessings will God send. All God’s blessings go together, like links in a golden chain. If He gives converting grace, He will also give comforting grace.
He will send “showers of blessing.” Look up to-day, O parched plant, and open thy leaves and flowers for a heavenly watering.
